Acceptance Quality Limit (AQL) is defined as the quality level that is the worst
tolerable in ISO 2859-1. It represents the maximum number of defective units
allowed in a batch and reject if units exceeded. Normally it will be AQLs for
critical, major, and minor defects. The smallest the AQL number, the tighter
the inspection acceptance. AQL is 1.0% means No more than 1.0% defective
units in the whole shipment quantity. AQL tables are statistical tools of industry
standard and it defines:
