Since 2002, CCC has been the mandatory certification mark for a wide range
of products on the Chinese market. According to current legal requirements,
products listed in the catalogue of CNCA (total 23 categories) are requested to
obtain the certificate for compulsory product certification (CCC) before import
into China. Using “Tariff Code” or “HS Code” is the most efficient way to find out
if a product falls under CCC Mark. Portable remote controller is not fall within
the scope of CNCA.
The CCC certificate is valid for 5 years and subject to annual follow-up factory
inspections. In addition, market surveillance will be conducted by the Chinese
authorities randomly.
